The choices we make as individuals, moment by moment, create the reality we live in, together.

Before we make choices, we have thoughts.

The thoughts, followed by conscious choices, are backed up by actions.

IF WE CAN BASE OUR THOUGHTS, CHOICES AND ACTIONS AROUND HEALING OURSELVES AND OTHERS, WE HEAL OUR WORLD.

THATS ALL IT TAKES.

ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE, JUST COMMON SENSE - THAT ISN'T ALL THAT COMMON.

I wanted to share this with you because it is not only an extraordinary story but an introduction to the synchronicity of my life’s work.

I want Shangri-La to be a co creation, a space, for anyone, regardless of age, colour or creed, who feels bereft, lost, grieving, needing healing; on a mental, physical or emotional level, to come and begin the journey back to wholeness. I want to create what we need.

Religion is irrelevant here. That is not what defines us. This is a place of sovereignty and our arms and hearts are open to all, human, animal, bird or plant. Everything has sentience. Creation is not just about people, it involves everything, from the tiniest microbe to the greatest arcon.

Exorcism - £50.00 per session , usually 3 necessary. Plus travel to premisess - £0.50 p per mile

Spiritual or Shamanic Healing

Step into another reality with me.

I learnt reiki because i had to have a formal training certificate.

I am a great believer in experience and life teaches us as it sees fit. We are molded into who we are by life itself.

We transcend our challenges to help others transcend theirs when and if they are ready.

We choose to suffer - it is optional.

Spirit taught me in dreams, in visions, in journeys with non organic beings, in meditation, in healings, in the darkest moments of my life and the greatest.

I was taught to move between the worlds as a child. It was easy then, harder now, as conditioning is forced upon us by education,parental control, custom and religion.

I live my life out of pandoras box - the cube that holds this life.

If you think healing is possible, it is. If you don't, you make life harder for yourself - that is your choice, not mine.

I do not suffer fools.

If you want to work with me, that is what we do. WORK.

You never get something for nothing that is worth anything and if you do, you will lose something else you value to balance the inbalance. Watch for that. It is a law.

I can only help you if you open your mind and heart to the possibilities of healing.
